We've taken the guess work out of making your working day lunch with healthy food suggestions printed on each compartment so you know how to portion out your meals and the instruction leaflet expands on this as well as giving you some meal ideas. When you follow the guides on each compartment the volume holds the same amount as the Portion Perfection Plate.

Made from high borosilicate glass these containers are safe from freezer to oven, can be used in the microwave (lid removed*) and put in the dishwasher.
